   How Soon Will I Receive My Pool Cover / Roller?
     Covers and rollers need to be prepared to your specific sizes. Rest assured, delivery will be faster through Pool Express when compared to your local pool shop. The following steps will give you an idea of what happens when you order online:
You receive an instant receipt, confining sizes and delivery address,
Your order is transmitted electronically to Daisy's national production centre
Your items are generally prepared and dispatched within 2 business day
Delivery generally takes a further 2-4 bus. days, depending on your location
Not home when your items arrive - No problem, they will be left in a safe area
   Can You Deliver To My Place of Work?
     Yes - You may wish (for convenience) to have goods delivered to a place other than your billing address (for example, to your place of work). Simply provide the shipping address when filling in the form at "checkout" We are happy to help in this regard, but we may need to contact you shortly after you place an order so that we can verify your identity and help protect our client's interests.
   What If I'm Not Home When Deliveries Arrive?
     Pool Covers - No problem - drivers are specially instructed to leave these items in a safe and sensible area - Rest assured, safe delivery is guaranteed.

Smaller Items - Pool cleaners, pumps and chlorinators are sent via registered and insured Australia Post - A very safe method. If you're not home, a not will be left and the goods can be collected at your convenience from your local post office .

Larger Items - e.g. Pool liners and heaters - If you happen not to be home when deliveries arrive - Our driver will leave a calling card with a number to call and arrange an alternative time.

Please note that for security reasons, you may not make a request directly to our carrier authorising them to deliver to another address, nor can you authorise for the goods to be received without signature.
